When I first decided to take photos of my food and upload them to Instagram, I had no idea it would, later on, lead to creating Youtube videos and writing an e-recipe book.
How it Started
What once started as solely a creative outlet for me, became an online journey and an opportunity to share my experience online because I knew I would connect with others going through a similar experience as me. When I say “experience” or “journey” I don’t just mean those who are eating just like me, but those who are continuously learning the skills, tools, and mindset to become their best self.
I am very much still on that journey of becoming. I don’t think anyone ever reaches the “final” destination where you feel like you’re your best self. And maybe that is the actual experience. Going by day-to-day, continuously learning, through lessons and experience, to become a better you each day.
There’s power in all our stories and one thing that I want this e-book to do is give you the inspiration to start or continue a healing journey of your own.

It’s been just over 2 years in the making, but I finally put my time and energy towards releasing my first Candida Diet recipe e-book. I took my time with this release because I wanted to do it at a time that felt right to me, especially with all the knowledge and experience that I’ve gained on my own personal healing journey.
I’ve built my following on Youtube by sharing my healing journey and by doing so, built a community of those who resonate with my story and aspire to heal themselves in their own life.
