I was reading this book called "The Mountain is You" and it talks a lot about how the human brain is wired to find comfort in what's familiar. Unfortunately, that also involves staying within our comfort zones or continuing habits that don't really serve us.

Think about switching your daily routine of almost 30 yrs overnight. It's not going to be easy. You may fail, several times but you'll learn a lot about yourself. It'll definitely be a challenge but it is possible - it will require more of you.

Dedicating a few moments to myself each day to answer journal prompts have helped me explore areas of myself that I honestly haven't given much thought to 😅. But I love the process (and especially love rereading old entries) because it helps me understand myself on a deeper level 🌻
